Just ordered a mattes half pad from them. Ordered Friday evening after a tearful discovery that my brothers dog had chewed up my existing one! I ordered clicking the wrong delivery time by accident and emailed getting a response the next day. They were very responsive and helpful and got my saddle pad posted Tuesday and arriving the next day, in time for a competition on the weekend Very helpful patient service, thank you!

Nice people, bought loads from them in the past and then a competition jacket that had all the buttons fall off. They sent the relacement buttons to another address multiple times. Having bought lot and lots of stuff from them, they treated me as if I had not even bought a t-shirt
