This lady is a pro and a pleasure to deal with. Totally passionate about cakes and baking, we could just leave Nichola to it and had full confidence that we’d get exactly what we wanted. We contacted with a budget in mind for our wedding cake and were quoted a price way under! Impressive baking skills, tastes incredible and a really professional business person. Thank you!

Delicious cake. Really welcoming and accommodating. Loved tasting session. Managed to dial down the sweetness at our request without compromising structure of the cake / ganache. Super reliable. We attended a figure making class with Nichola and we had a fantastic day, we learnt a lot and made some great figures. Nichola was helpful, friendly, and we did not feel rushed at all and came away with figures that we are really happy with. We would definitely recommend her decorating classes.
