Class 11 Hair & Beauty Salon

Today I completed my training in eyelash extensions at class 11! I loved the course and would highly recommend! Hayley was very professional, informative, very kind and welcoming an overall great teacher! Deffo a 5* from me.

Lovely professional and friendly salon. Hayley and her team are always so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. Their customer service is excellent. I always come out of the salon feeling relaxed and refreshed and I always leave with my hair looking and feeling amazing.

Having hair that is not easy to manage due to its natural condition it was so reassuring to find a salon that understood how to treat and cut my hair to ensure the end result was how I wanted it to be. With advice given on home styling and hair care I felt this was excellent service, making the client experience personal. The team treat you so well. The moment I entered the door my coat was taken and a cup of tea offered. Cannot recommend highly enough. Next appointment already booked!

Highly recommend Hayley and her team at Class 11 - everyone is so friendly and puts you at ease. I regularly have the henna treatment on my eyebrows, but have also had my hair cut/coloured and also put up for special occasions, and received lovely comments from my friends on this. They all take great care and attention to get the best results. Their new salon in Gaywood has been decorated out very tastefully & is light and airy, so easy to get to and free parking is a massive bonus!
