I’ve been going to the women’s only class for over 2 years and in that time I have really improved my skills and strength. Carl is a fantastic teacher and knows how to get the best out of people. The classes are really friendly and allow you to work hard, learn new skills whilst having fun.

I've been coming to these classes for just over a year now and have been loving it! I found CJMA when looking for an exercise class which would allow me to learn a new skill while exercising, and these classes do just that. Carl is a really supportive instructor and encourages you to do what you can on the day of the class (without pressure to always be on top form), which makes is easier to enjoy and get more from each class. I am not great at exercising, but I’ve been going to Carl’s classes for a year now and i can genuinely say I look forward to it every week. It’s a really positive and welcoming atmosphere, plus the classes have the right balance of technique and fitness. Highly recommend!
