I've been training at CMF for 3 years now and when I started I was really unfit. Everyone is so nice, friendly and supportive. Jamie is a fantastic trainer and encourages you to train at your own pace withbut also motivates you to achieve your best. There are beginners, intermediate and advanced exercises so no one is left out.
