One star is being generous. Kept my sick baby waiting 50 minutes. Rude, unhelpful staff and when you complain you’re ganged up on by staff including the doctor. Completely outrageous service and attitude towards patients. Particularly a mum of a sick child who’s husband was away and had no sleep for a week and hadn’t been able to leave the house, they clearly have no conscience for peoples mental or physical well-being, baby or adult. Cannot contact my own doctors. Using covid as excuse. Actively telling patients to go to another doctor! Think theres corruption going on to sell land as built temporary doctors after burned down suspiciously. Need doctors recommendation while abroad but no reply. Website says shutdown for foreseeable future!!Were does Tax money for NHS go?? If can go in restaurants should be able to go in doctors! Want a paid fee for any doctors letter or email!

Just awful! My husband nearly died because they misdiagnosed him. EveN after the incident they were useless so had to go to a&e again where they were upset with us why we didn’t come with these symptoms earlier. But we did... to the GP in Church Street Practice! No words express how upsetting this is. You should be closed for good!

I've only been there once and won't be returning again either. Having just moved to the area I needed to register with a local GP, but they seem to take the standard 'Cattle' approach to patients here. The reception is drab and overcrowded, and after waiting for her to finish all of her conversations, the receptionist was actively rude and thoroughly disinterested, as it clearly took her an enormous effort to tell me about the procedure of registering, and it took me all of my will not to wal...
