I’ve been training with Chris online for over a year. He’s helped me lose around a stone and has kept me motivated during some tricky times. Importantly I now feel way fitter and stronger. He has managed to balance being supportive and understanding when I needed it with giving me a telling off when it was time to get back on track. I was coming back to exercise after a back injury when we started and he’s always been conscious of protecting my back, which was really important for me in retur...

Chris is a great PT with whom I have worked for a few years. I have really benefited from his approach to building up my fitness, particularly through a focus on weights which I very much enjoy. He is also very good at modifying his approach to take proper account of any aches or minor injuries. As others have said, he is very personable which makes the sessions more enjoyable.

Chris is a really talented PT. He helped me to specifically train for a high altitude trek two years ago, but since then has adapted our sessions to more general fitness. He pushes past the things I do more easily and encourages me to work on increasing strength. He is very personable and fun to work with.

Chris has been my PT for over 2 years now and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to build strength and get fitter. Our sessions are challenging but fun - and the regular commitment to training with Chris (as opposed to going to gym) means they actually happen!
