  • I have been training with Chris over a year and I have lost over 2 stone in weight!! I have tried previous personal trainers but nothing compares to Chris he will give you 100% in terms of nutritional information and give you a dedicated workout routine that works for you. I would recommend anyone to train with Chris especially if you want results!
