Great 1-1 coaching; attentive, informative, very helpful. Would recommend if you’re looking to get started at the gym but don’t know what you’re doing and also wanting to gain muscle, lose fat, increase your strength and also tone your body. 10/10

Done P.T sessions with Chris for a good few months untill November and I really enjoyed my experience. He was very supportive and professional. Hopefully when lockdown lifts and the weather is abit better I will pick up where I left.

I have always been very impressed by Chris' professionalism and the fact he is very helpful and encouraging. Before I started with Chris I wasnt very confident going to the gym or with what to do with my fitness and how to improve it so thanks again Chris

Chris is a great PT, before training with him I had no idea about weight lifting and certainly wasn’t confident enough to walk into the gym on my own but he taught me about about progressive overload and showed me how different machines work. Thanks to Chris I’m so much more confident now, I go to the gym regularly, lift weights and work the machines and am seeing a real difference in definition. Chris is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I’d highly recommend 😊
