Chris was our NCT course leader and was fantastic at taking us through everything and getting us ready for birth. She even made it fun despite it being on Zoom! I then attended mum and baby yoga for 10 months or so postnatally which she runs. It's a brilliant class due to Chris, I made friends with other mums and was being active at the same time. She's a great teacher would 100% recommend

My husband & I did the NCT course with Chris as the course leader and she was great (and very quirky in a wonderful way) the course was so informative and we have been recommending it to anyone who wants a baby or is expecting one! I also did the 4 week baby massage course, which was really good- we learnt lots of different strokes and ways to helped relieve wind, etc. My daughter would always go into a lovely deep sleep afterwards!

We decided to book onto a NCT course off of recommendations from friends. We were both quite nervous, however from day 1, our teacher Chris made us feel so at ease. Chris is super knowledgable and had a fantastic way at keeping us engaged. We found all the sessions so informative and learnt a lot. I find it a huge comfort also, that Chris will be on hand once weβve had the baby, should we have any breast feeding issues, I wasnβt expecting this. We had Chris as our NCT teacher, what a fantastic teacher! Her passion and enthusiasm is there for everything! She did brilliantly at putting us all at ease and creating a brilliant learning environment for everyone. We came away full of knowledge and also with new friends. When I had to give up running due to morning sickness I came across Chris in my search for an alternative exercise regime. I started her prenatal yoga sessions over zoom from around 18 weeks pregnant and continued until my little one arrived in August.
