Chris is a fantastic coach with a real wealth of experience and knowledge in his field. His sessions are always well prepared and tailored to my needs, and they are always fun. Chris Anderson is a very professional personal trainer. I’ve been working with him since 2020 and I strongly recommend him. He is really flexible with planning and his way of coaching is customised to the client. I achieved great results and thanks to him I am now back to running, 2 10K in the last month!

I’ve trained with Chris for just over a year now and am happy to recommend him. I came to Chris with one request: ‘my physio says I have to do more resistance training and use the hex bar regularly’ and he has delivered on that front in his friendly and knowledgeable way!
