Love these classes with Chloe. Very relaxed and I enjoy the weekly areas of focus. It links the two classes I attend together really well. Mental health is always a factor in the classes and the focus is on finding a comfortable stretch or pose, not pushing your body too hard. This allows a natural progression and development rather than one that is forced. I've been attending twice a week now on zoom since September and it's one of the things that has got me through lockdown. Thank you Chloe
