I've been going to Chloe's classes for 9 months now. Initially went to try to alleviate some persistent neck/back pain, but the classes have now become one of the highlights of my week! The classes are great, they're different each week and good fun. I'm more flexible, have less pain, feel less stressed and I sleep amazingly afterwards🙏 thank you Chloe!

Chloe’s workshops and classes are amazing. They are just the medicine everyone needs. Most people focus only on physical activity but forget about their inner wellbeing! That’s what this is, a workout for your mind. Making you feel light and free when you leave the session. Thank you Chloe xxx

No two yoga classes with Chloe are ever the same - each week there are different poses, meditations, breathwork, and mantras. This isn't just a yoga class...this is Chloe's yoga class! I have been attending yoga classes with Chloe for around two years now and have enjoyed every one. Chloe is a very positive and encouraging teacher who makes everyone feel welcome and valued. I started yoga to help me gain strength after an operation, it has been the most positive experience. Chloe is always supportive and helps us to challenge ourselves, she is very knowledgeable on all aspects and very careful to make sure no one does anything that might not be good for them. She is caring and friendly and the whole group has built up a good social atmosphere.
