Great club. Really sociable and friendly members who make it a club, as opposed, just a business. Course is well kept and in great condition for the time of year, the greens are challenging.
Chilwell is a typical parkland course and very flat being on the Trent flood plain. Greens are a good mix of large and small targets, and are in good condition at the moment. Fairways good too. Lots of trees and rough so keep it on the fairway. Clubhouse and staff really good. Food excellent. Worth a visit.
Considering its well into December the course is in great condition. The greens are superb. The winter tees have large level mats. It's a good test for all levels of ability. It's fairly flat so not too strenuous if your getting on in age too. Can't fault it at all. 5*****
