Tom is a fantastic trainer. As a complete beginner to the gym, I was worried about not being very fit, and not knowing how to do any of the exercises correctly. But Tom walked me through everything step-by-step, was very supportive and kept me motivated. I've never looked or felt better and I owe it all to Tom! Highly recommend!

Tom really is the best PT I have ever had. He focuses on me as an individual, providing me with a more holistic approach to achieving my goals, not just through exercise but through diet and life style. He pushes me to really challenge myself, developing a training programme and approach tailored to my needs. Would highly recommend him!

Tom is excellent at what he does. Prior to starting sessions with him, I was completely disinterested in exercising and hadn't worked out in years! After spending a month with Tom, I've noticed an improvement in my strength and endurance. I now look forward to my biweekly sessions with Tom and can't wait to see how much I'll improve in the coming months.
