Chester Physio Pilates (CPP)

Great classes. Very informative, friendly and helpful teachers. Ideal for complete novices like myself but they also run more advanced classes which I'll be moving up to eventually. Location is easy to find and all the materials needed such as mats are provided. Overall a great introduction to pilates and a good way to exercise.
