I was watching my grandchild ride and this school had an old horse which started coughing within 5 minutes of riding and had its hip bones sticking out being used as a school horse as well as one who had an injury being used. The horse with the injury was limping when asked to trot and the instructor said it was good for the horse to use its leg like that. This is not the way to teach children to ride. The gait of the horse was compromised as well as the health of the animal

Not a riding school in sight as nice as this one. The people are lovely and I settled in super fast! Theres never any stable drama like you often find in other schools and its just such a pleasant and fun environment. Wouldnt advise anywhere else as much as Cherry Tree.

Not good for riding progress what so ever, horses are exhausted and lazy which makes riding them a chore and impossible to progress, children are favoured in lessons meaning some are at a disadvantage due to this, helpers are treat with disrespect by staff and other helpers unless they are favourited by the owners, work all day and not even a thank you let alone a ride in return for it. Would recommend elsewhere that has your riding ability at best interest

Friendly professional staff. Children learning to ride are taught with the utmost respect. Lessons are fun but professional. Children are at ease while learning and the staff hold their attention during the lesson. They encourage confidence. Style of teaching is second to none.

What a lovely place, our children go ridding here. Staff are lovely and the children have a great time. Well recommended for ridding lessons of any age.
