  • My partner and I had an amazing day spent with Josh, taking an “Introduction to mindfulness” course. Firstly he was extremely welcoming, polite and respectful, we felt totally at home. The atmosphere wasn’t to formal, we felt at ease to be ourselves. The course covered a lot of material, but didn’t feel overwhelming, it feels like we left, having retained the majority of what was said (which is rare for us).   • I had the opportunity to participated in the 4 week course that Josh offers and it was an amazing experience. I learned how to control my anxiety in stressful situations through meditation, something I do daily in various situations now. I also learned how to be more aware of my body and mind and also to be companionate towards myself. Couldn't be happier with the results. I strongly recommend this experience to everyone.

  • I have had the pleasure of partaking in one of josh's short courses of 4 weeks and I have had some major benefits from it. I have helped reduce my anxieties as well as learning new coping mechanisms when under pressure. I find myself using the meditation techniques daily to help with sleeping, day to day stresses and general compassion to myself and towards others.
