I was fortunate enough to train with Charlotte for almost 4 years, and wholeheartedly recommend her as a Fitness Instructor. Charlotte is a brilliant and caring trainer and impressed me with her knowledge of the body and genuine interest in her client. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Charlotte, and though she pushed me to excel, it was always done with care and I never experienced an injury. High praises for Charlotte. She will look after you and ensure you reach your goals.

Having never done personal training before, I was very happy with the sessions working with Charlotte over a 6 month period. Her training sessions were essential in achieving my aims of losing weight and improving fitness levels. I would recommend Charlotte as an excellent personal trainer for people of all levels.

Charlotte has been my personal trainer for over a year and I’ve noticed significant results. While I wasn’t overweight and am considered in shape, I needed toning and Charlotte created a customized plan based on my fitness level, previous injuries and what would keep me motivated. Besides being lovely, Charlotte will make you gain some muscle! With a laugh (yet strict trainer tone ;)), she’ll help you along the way and train you in a way that best suits you and your body. I took PT sessions with her on the ‘machines’ inside the gym but also outside with elastics and a kettle bell, and I always look forward to our sessions. I highly recommend Charlotte!!

I trained with Charlotte for 3 months last summer. She’s transformed my body. I had felt more confident than ever before. She’s helped me achieve all my postpartum goals and I felt so strong by the end of it. Above all, Charlotte makes you feel very comfortable. She’s friendly, warm and relaxed. Motivational but not over the top. Every session I had with her, I felt like I was training with a friend. I would highly recommend Charlotte.
