Charlie, his methods and process are second to none. He gets what people needs and motivates them to achieve their goals and beyond. Charlie has really changed my fitness regimen for life! I have been training with Charlie since I had my son and never looked back! He constantly pushes me to work at my best and keeps me motivated. He is very approachable, professional and I can’t recommend and thank him enough!

I've been going to a range of different classes for nearly 2 years, usually 4 or 5 times a week. I can choose classes between 5 - 8pm which fits my work and home commitments. Paying monthly for unlimited classes works out at only about £3 for each hour session! The instructors are incredibly motivational, recommending personal programmes and dietary information. I have been training with Charlie for 3 years and his training sessions are amazing. I have always been a member of a gym but I have never really enjoyed the sessions or felt motivated to even attend. Charlie’s training sessions are always fun and have helped me to achieve my fitness goals.
