Have been waiting for a month to receive the crafts. I was promised it only takes a week to post. Nobody answers the phone either.

I have been visiting charley's with my two girls since it first opened and have enjoyed making lovely keepsakes with them both to treasure forever. They have created many ornaments for their room along with plates, hot chocolate mugs and xmas decs, plus much more. It has always been our favourite place to visit for some quality family time. Fantastic couple of hours spent with my daughter and 3 year old grand daughter. We made some fabulous xmas tree decorations and also a very colourful fish. I can't wait to pick up the finished products.

Went here for the first time today. Around 10am it was lovely and quiet. For 2 adults and a child we paid £38(including 2 cups of tea), we painted 3 items over a 2 hour period. I think it's an absolute bargain concidering they gloss and heat the products. It is calm relaxing and friendly setting. 100% going back again. Before I visit places I always check the reviews ...so was worried when I saw negitive comments, however this place in my eyes is very cheap if you take into account you only...
