I've been training with Coach Jon for 4 months now and have seen a huge improvement in my condition, stamina, technique and strength. He really focuses on getting your technique right and the session usually ends with some high intense cardio padwork. Great if you want to get started in kickboxing and have never done it before, but also very good for anyone with more experience to fine tune your skillset. I will have my first sparring even coming up soon and feel well prepared for it. Thank you!

I’ve been training with Champions Kickboxing (Jon) for about a year. The progression I’ve made has been incredible! His training style is exactly what I need, always pushing me, keeping the training fun and always leaving the session pumped. Best trainer I’ve had by far.

My 7 year old has been attending Jon’s class for the past 4 months. He absolutely loves going to each class and has made super progress in such a short space of time. I highly recommend Jon’s classes.

Not knowing what to expect from coach Jon when you hear kickboxing and children under 16 makes you concerned a little. But the reality is nothing as you would imagine. Not only is Coach dedicated, patient and a great mentor for these kids, he is fun, engaging and professional. My boys (13,10 & 7) joined the group class. After a few weeks, I asked coach if 1:1 was possible for the youngest. Now my youngest works with Coach Jon every Saturday and he is much more happier. Please give his sess...

I tried to get my son into boxing ... football ...rugby ... computer ... multi sports clubs - but he is a " I'd rather stay at home" boy and I had to " force " him into going - that was until he started to go to champions kickboxing . He LOVES going and looks forward to his lesson each week . Not only is he now going to a club he actually enjoys - he is getting fitter / learning / becoming more confident . I definitely recommend .
