What can I say about the amazing space Cernamics! Suzi and Nam have created a space where regardless of ability, skill or knowledge you are allowed to make and build pieces and have a place to create. I wish I lived closer to this studio! I did a 2-hour taster class with a few friends and had loads of fun. The studio is bright, airy and filled with plants - so inviting. I love that there are so many amazing pottery creations on display in the studio. Nam was a fantastic teacher and it's hard not to feel his enthusiasm for pottery during the class. Have taken classes at quite a few of the east london studios now and Cernamic is the one I keep coming back to!! Took an intermediate class here a few months ago and have been making the most of their flexible drop in sessions since. The people are so lovely and the space always has a great energy. Even if you’re not taking a class, members are happy to give you a pointer or two. I’ve made a ton of progress since joining!

I participated in the 8-week ceramics course with Cernamic and the course exceeded my expectations. Nam is an excellent teacher, very patient and supportive. The studio has a great atmosphere and vibe. Loved the jokes, music and pugs!

This is the funnest, most welcoming and generous pottery studio and course I have ever done! I just finished an 8 week course and Nam, the teacher, is so incredibly talented, generous and encouraging! I looked forward to every Thursday evening going back to make more bowls, cups, jugs, vases. We really got to learn so much. Can't wait to get my glazed pieces back ♥
