Cerith is an amazing human, I've been training with him for a couple of months now and it's always a plaisir to boxe with him ! Very good vibes and very good motivation I'm always very happy after the session ! He made me discover all types of boxing and I'm always learning more and more after each sessions. I highly recommend ! Thank you again Cerith for everything !

We have been training with Cerith as a group of four for over two years. He always encourages us to work hard and we always feel better for it. His training is varied and fun and despite training as a group Cerith is also mindful of our individual needs. Training continued throughout lockdown via zoom and was a welcome relief. I have been training twice a week with Cerith for around a year. I have found him to be highly professional and knowledgable, able to design targeted training adapted to the client’s goals. The sessions are challenging but very enjoyable. I have gained strength and flexibility and will continue to train with Cerith as part of my weekly routine. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

I started training with Cerith nearly two years ago having never used a gym and I also had some longstanding ankle and knee problems. After an initial biomechanics assessment I started on a training program and I can honestly say its the best investment I have ever made. Cerith made a massive impact on how I train. I had terrible shoulder pain from poor lifting techniques and now I am pain free and lifting better than ever. His nutrition plan has also had a superb effect on trimming down and feeling healthier with more energy. He is constantly learning and every session is different. It is hard but well worth the time and effort I needed to put in. Highly recommend !
