Chris and the team have had such a positive impact on my fitness journey. Having struggled to motivate myself post baby, they have been so encouraging and welcoming! Really can’t recommend these sessions enough.

I’ve been doing bootcamp with Chris for years and can’t imagine it not being part of my weekly exercise routine now. The classes are hard (in a good way, if that is possible!) and Chris is a really motivating trainer, catering to all abilities. The team ethos is great too, which makes the training sessions “fun”, and it is great to be outdoors. I would definitely recommend CCF to anyone looking to get fit/stay fit.

I've been training with Chris and CCF for the best part of 10 years and in that time my strength and fitness have increased immeasurably thanks to Chris coaching. CCF classes are fun but challenging and designed to be suitable for all ability levels. For anyone looking to get back in shape, regain fitness, increase strength or simply get some exercise and enjoy themselves whilst doing it, I would 100% recommend Chris and CCF

I procrastinated for months about signing up and wish I hadn’t. Absolutely brilliant classes that are varied, challenging, but also fun. Chris is very encouraging and you improve session by session. I will be recommending Bootcamp to anyone that will listen!
