  • Jim worked with us after our 2 year old Labrador became reactive to strangers both in and out of the house. Jim's advice has helped us to improve the behaviour and our confidence in dealing with it, so that we can all get back to enjoying spending time together.

  • Jim has done a couple of sessions with our 2 year old basenji who was pulling on the lead relentlessly and had started to be reactive towards other dogs on the lead. Jim has helped us understand his behaviour and given us loads of tips on how we can improve his on lead behaviour.   • I contacted Jim for help with our 9 month old Border Collie who flatly refused to walk anywhere near traffic. He didn’t even have to see the traffic, just hearing it was enough to turn him into a quavering wreck.! There was no history of trauma, just an absolute fear of traffic noises.
