What a brilliant way to start the day. A group of us had our first sea dip of the year and then enjoyed 30mins in the sauna. We’ve already booked up to do it all again.

My sister and I had an absolutely great time doing the 7 Bridges Tyne Kayak tour. The guide Simon was friendly and helpful, and he never made a newbie like me feel silly or out of place. The history of the river was very interesting. I'll definitely be considering booking another of their events in the future.

Excellent, no fuss, safe and clear instruction, all equipment provided for an enjoyable experience. If it's an intro to paddleboarding at a reasonable price your after, CBK is the place to go. Plenty of time on the water and even a jump off the pier to finish. Thanks CBK for a great, memorable addition to our holiday. We'll see you again!

The the team here are absolutely fantastic and we enjoyed the two hours we had had for paddle boarding and kayaking. Really easy to navigate the website and book. Friendly staff who can advise regarding the coastline. Takes American Express. The weather was fantastic and it was so peaceful on the water. Highly recommended.

We love the kids kayaking and groups here. My son is 10 and daughter is 7. They always have a lovely time and I enjoy watching them from the bay. Friendly and helpful instructors.
