Whilst I have not been to CATS Luton myself, I recently had to renew my Ato membership with them. I had gone through the CAA portal to renew the membership but didn’t get a response but when I called CATS one of the ladies that answered was kind enough to assist and help out with my problem. Miss I apologise that I didn’t get your name but thank you for sorting out my membership so quickly.
