Cat 1 Safety Training

A remarkably comprehensive course for its length. Bob is an exceptional trainer who is somehow able to work with people of all abilities and backgrounds, and really wants you to pass and succeed. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to get into rail maintenance or the industry in general. Staff also very helpful if you have the right attitude.

I did really enjoy the five week Railway Engineering Course. I learned so much about the Railway Industry, thanks to our amazing instructor, Mr. Bob Honey. Thank you Bob for being a good instructor and a great person. I have just completed the ICI & PTS qualifications, passed the medical + the D&A tests and now have the Sentinel Card - the City & Guilds certificate is on its way. I need to thank Mary Roberts and her team of trainers Mark & Bob as well as the fantastic back up team in the office. We had to work hard (surprise surprise - it is adult learning) but those of us who did were rewarded with a huge amount of support. Thanks again to all at Cat 1 - would recommend this course run by Cat 1 very highly!

My experience with cat one safety training worthwhile Bob is a legend Mary is a bit intimidating but it worthwhile. Thank you to that “horrible” lady Mary and all her wonderful staff at cat1. I was put on the course through probation. I found work about 2 weeks after completing the course and now after 5 months with my employer I am Teamleader in the Bombardier (cross rail) east side contract with Agsone. Thank you ever so much Mary for bullying me into completing my course and helping me find employment. Your a wonderful women with a great team.
