It is what it says on the tin, most holes a pitch and putt a couple are 7,8,9 irons just for elevation the greens are tight with lots of camber, as happened today good foot past the hole then rolled backwards and in , lovely young lady served us a nice cuppa for a pound, OAP 7 quid and they also do the footy golf there overall ok but not for players who use a driver.

Excellent little 9 hole par 3 course. Only took up golf 9 months ago and this place is excellent value for a beginner to practice on. Really well maintained and a beautiful backdrop with Castell Coch itself visible from a few of the holes. Lots of hills for a small course too which helps you to practice your aim.... Unsuccessfully for me lol.

Impressed with the green's condition. The views are stunning and it's only a short walk from a local pub. Great place to play golf and footgolf.

I went to play golf at Castell Coch Golf Club with my son today and it was the smallest golf club I’ve ever seen, so far because it was only 9th hole and the longest yard was 165 as I remembered and the golf club itself wasn’t the best I would say, but the lady at the club house was a charmer, she was very kind and smiley, my son certainly enjoyed her company after rounding. Not the best but had a good time there.

Really lovely course: well-kept and in a beautiful location (yes you can see the castle!). A few of the fairways were very slanted which made them a bit trickier.
