Would encourage anyone to join I had no experience in health care. I was advised to take their 3-day induction programme followed by 1-day paid induction in a nursing home. I went there to Drop my father for his interview, plenty of parking at the castle, brand new office and training area. Greeted with some hot beverages and snacks, and very friendly staff. Liked it soo much I ended up working there myself. Very professional place. Recommended If u are in healthcare or looking for a career in healthcare.
