Carol has been such a positive influence for me. Not only has she delivered a custom plan to develop my strength and fitness pre spinal surgery, she has reinstalled the fitness urge in me. Always cheerful, enthusiastic and knowledgable Carol tailors our 1 to 1 sessions as to my needs and abilities. I look forward to continuing my fitness and wellbeing journey once I've had my surgery and with Carol's help I am confident I will succeed.

I’ve been training with Carol for nearly 2 years now and I’ve never felt stronger. I have a Pilates reformer session once a week and a HITT Pilates session as well. No 2 sessions are the same and I always come away feeling like I’ve done a full body workout. My goal wasn’t really weight loss but just to feel fitter and stronger, which I certainly do. I would certainly recommend Carol to anyone looking to get in shape and feel fitter.

Carol is a very well qualified, enthusiastic and empathetic trainer. She builds bespoke training based on your needs and ability, as well as making it fun. She has taken real interest in improving my strength - specifically for my sports; such enthusiasm is infectious! Carol always bases her exercises on positive improvement. I am already stronger as a result - thank you Carol. Long may we continue!

Working with Carol as my post-partum trainer has given me strength and confidence in returning to exercise and running following a C-section. I've been able to start gymnastics and CrossFit classes as a result - something that I probably wouldn't have even done pre baby!! I would 100% recommend her to any new mums, particularly those looking for a gradual, safe way to get back into exercise following a difficult birth. Thanks so much for all your help Carol :)

Carol is a great personal trainer and a lovely person; she really listened to what I wanted and she tailored a program to suit my needs. I feel much happier and fitter since we've been working together and I would highly recommend her personal training service - thanks Carol!
