Caro has been my Personal Trainer now since just before Christmas 2016. I used to struggle with my weight and found diet and fitness a chore, but since training with Caro, I can honestly say that I look forward to my sessions. He has also advised me on the best way for me to lose weight sensibly and eat healthily. Caro is extremely supportive, patient and very good at motivating me. I have been working with Caro to increase my fitness for a couple of months. I have not had personal training before. My results todate are excellent. Increased strength, fitness and weight loss.
