Fantastic place to learn for children and adults alike. Perfect place for beginners, such a supportive, encouraging environment. Not only helped my kids with self-defence but helped shape them with discipline and confidence, really helped them grow.

Great place to train, with Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Wresting all included across a wide range of classes and times which is incredibly flexible, morning, noon and night. Really friendly environment, can't recommend highly enough!

One of the best places in the UK to train. A large number of Black Belts and higher grades that are always happy to help out and explain techniques or where you are going wrong. The whole team is dedicated to improvement and its a really friendly environment. Highly recommended
