My partner and I have been training with Carl for almost 3 months now and we have loved every minute of it. We look forward to our sessions, where we are challenged and have fun. Carl has helped us massively with nutrition as well and the changes we have made are sustainable. We can already see a massive progress. Carl is an amazing coach, he is not only very knowledgeable but also dedicated, supportive and fun to work with!

I can’t recommend Carl highly enough, he is professional and very knowledgable . He has a ‘calmness’ about him, but manages to really motivate, encourage and inspire . I love my sessions with him and the way I feel afterwards. There isn’t a week that I don’t feel or see some improvement. Everyone should have a PT like Carl .

I’ve never had a personal trainer before but I’ve been training every week with Carl for a year and it’s been excellent. I’ve build strength and got much fitter. He’s great at creating new exercises every week to keep the sessions interesting and fun. We train in the park or in my garden and he’s always flexible with session times to fit around my work. I can really recommend him to anyone who wants to have fun whilst getting stronger and fitter. 6 stars! Thanks Carl!

Carl is brilliant! He has far exceeded my expectations: in just a few weeks my overall fitness has improved, I feel great and people around me have started noticing changes. I have really enjoyed training with Carl. He is very professional always demonstrating techniques to make sure you are training in a safe and correct way. After minimal activity over lockdown, a great way to get back into fitness and sessions are always varied and enjoyable. Definitely noticed a big difference in my fitness level. Having to take a break from the PT sessions but hoping to be back training with Carl soon!
