Carl is extremely professional and knowledgeable. His teaching is a mix of different Martial Arts disciplines 🫶🏽 All the classes are meticulously planned, so always different, a good challenge but fun! And everyone that attends his classes are all very friendly. Whether you are a beginner or have already dipped your toe in martial arts, you won’t be disappointed!

I am not great at exercising, but I’ve been going to Carl’s classes for a year now and I can genuinely say I look forward to it every week. It’s a really positive and welcoming atmosphere, plus the classes have the right balance of technique and fitness. Highly recommend!

My daughter loves her weekly class with Carl and the team. Carl is super organised. The classes are professionally run and you can tell Carl genuinely loves the art and wants to encourage the kids to feel the same. Each week we get photos of the training that took place, they have regular topics where they discuss behaviours like humility and there are regular gradings, lots of 121 support and Carl builds a real community. I highly recommend Carls classes!
