  • As dyslexic and epileptic found this course not good as some sections take 2-3 hrs then they ask questions better if they asked questions on every other paragraph instead of 3 hrs later frustrating and skills cant be transferred to other care companies

  • Awful company, website is always non operational causing a large impact on our business. There is also no customer service or support available. Please don't waste your money and go to a more reputable training provider.

  • Awful experience, cannot access my training even though I had already logged in! There is no support to show you how the set up works and what everything means and when you get through to them on the phone they all say the same thing, it’s nothing to do with them!!!! Bring back face to face training

  • Absolutely disappointed with system and service of lately. Communication is not good, false promises made and we feel let down by this company. Care workers cannot get online to do their courses which is causing frustration throughout. I can’t check that training is completed which concerns me. They promote a compliance system that is broken and not fit for purpose. Existing customers are certainly not valued. We will be looking for refund and new provider!

  • This system is constantly broken and the customer service is non existent. There are currently 4 known bugs which prevent you from accessing your learners progress. It is painful to add learners to courses. Despite numerous messages to them you just get ignored. They claim 5 stars on their website and yet here they are 3.4 so that just tells you how dishonest they are.

  • Really bad. Have complained to company many times. Answers are incorrect. You don't get the correct answer when you get a question wrong. Often more than one correct answer. andeetd

  • Trying to do 6 modules so I can get a job, deadline for completion is one week, have managed 2 modules in about 4 hours and the latest one is taking 3 hours. This is because the website keeps crashing. I have one part of the 3rd module left before I do the test, I reckon this will impact my test result unless I retake the whole module. I also don’t think I can complete all 6 modules in time so have asked the company I’m hoping to work for if I can have an extension. Phoned them up, no answer ...

  • The Best Care training for me in UK ! I did all courses with them and I recommend Careskills Academy!

  • If you are a serious learner and need to have lots of help, then this organisation is not worth your time or money. Useless incompetent and highly rude so called " tutor's" with a highly unprofessional obtuseness about them. Don't waist your cash on this company, there are much better options out there. One star given because I can't give the much deserved lower score. An awful experience full of stress compounded by the incompetent excuse for staff.
