  • Coming from a publishing background I find that the content does not have the consistency and design standards I would expect. Curious disclaimers before many of the modules don't give me confidence in what they are training you for. If you have deaf members of your team please note they don't provide transcriptions or subtitles for video material and do not appear to be interested in the feedback forms to that effect.

  • Careshield is a great learning platform, content of courses are great. Would have scored it 5 about 6 month ago but since they added updates it has been plagued with issues impacting on staff learning. I'm sure it will get sorted... But when...

  • Lots of problems for staff to log into the training, and all training cancelled a week earlier than agreed, no warning, no explanation. On phoning the company we were told it had come from higher managment all training is stopped, never mind some staff were half way through

  • Course content not set up properly, course layout is ridiculous, needs to be more structured not just click and pray for the best and constantly crashing website. Apparently all their agents are constantly busy when you call. I guess they wouldn't be so busy if your e-learning actually worked.

  • Your software has a terrible user interface. Hard working care and medical professionals are struggling with this software.
