Friendly, enjoyable to work out in- wide variety of equipment and enjoy working out with the music. Needs new resistance bands, ensure water station is filled up and can be crowded if multiple pts working at once.

Clean, spacious and great team of PT's. Fun, Friendly atmosphere. Good mix of small group classes also.

Hi, You've have left advertising leaflets on many cars. From the rain, the ink on them has seeped and as I found out today, my hand was stained with this ink. So thanks for that. Purely from this poor and pathetic attempt of advertising, I will not be trying out your gym nor even giving a second thought. I'm sure many people will agree with me once they find they car and hands stained in ink.
