It was an amazing experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the class. The others taking part enjoyed themselves as well and it was a very friendly, fun and happy relaxing place to be. The owners were so helpful to guide us through. Loved it!

You might ask what do I know about pottery? Well I eat of it and drink out of it, use it in the garden etc etc. Oh and I have watched every episode of the "Pottery Throw Down". I was bought a three hour private throwing lesson for a present. I redeemed that voucher today (I did have to book). I have had the very best time. I made 6 items independently, with caring tuition. All 6 are glazed and drying (3 included in the voucher and 3 at a marginal extra cost), ready to collect in about 4 weeks...

Brilliant experience, loved every minute of it! Penny's instructions were very clear when using the potters wheel and she was super helpful whenever we got confused. We didnt feel rushed and had a relaxing experience with great company. We actually managed to create pieces by the end of it that we were really happy with. We would definitely recommend going if you haven't been before and We can't wait to see the finished products in 4 weeks time!

A group of 4 of us had an amazing time at Carantoc art. Penny and her friend are great teachers and went out of their way to accommodate our booking and welcome us. I would recommend a pottery party to anyone who is interested as everyone will be able to achieve something and have great fun doing it!
