Matt is the best! After a few years of repeated back injuries when playing tennis a physio recommended Matt and the transformation has been incredible. I have a stronger core than I did in my twenties (a hundred years ago) and I've got to be honest and admit that my newly flat stomach is also something I'm pretty pleased with! Training with Matt has been great! He worked out a nutritional plan for me and with his help I achieved my weight loss goals. Matt is patient, supportive and always positive. He makes the sessions enjoyable and push’s you without you knowing! I wd highly recommend him.

Working from home at a desk job isn't the best way to stay fit, so I decided to try PT. I came to Matt to add core and strength training to my already high volume of CV and endurance running and cycling training.
