Cambridge Gun Club

We (group of 10) had a great time here with a taster session. The 2 instructors were brilliant and patient with some of our guys who had never used a gun before. I've have been to other shooting ranges before and been made to feel uncomfortable with the instructors. These guys are professional but friendly, just the blend.

We booked the taster session of shotgun to shoot clays, thanks Lauren for helping to nail the reservation. Although we are beginners, the nice instructor, Chris, makes the class a wonderful experience. Effective tips and vivid metaphors let us feel the joy of shooting. Thank you, Chris.

My son (14) did a rifle shooting taster season. Mac was his instructor and was amazing. Mac talked him through the safety aspects, how to hold the guns, how to aim and breath. My son had a great time, he loved shooting. Looks like he has a new hobby! Cambridge Gun Club is well organised, facilities are good and everyone there is friendly and helpful. Food in the cafe is great too! Highly recommended!

A group of 4 of us went to Cambridge Gun Club for the first time today. Very very impressed, staff, course layout all great. Breakfast was delicious. Shops and facilities great. If I had one tiny negative comment to make, it would be that the gun rests at the clay stands, could do with some more foam or similar, for the barrels to rest against. That notwithstanding we all had a brilliant day, well worth the 80 mile travel. James Coleman

Great fun rifle shooting session. Instructor was really helpful and professional. The atmosphere made for a good experience. Also a great selection of other shooting activities which I would 100% go back for 👍
