I have been having a monthly treatment from Kate since 2020 and would not be without them. My treatment this month was absolutely perfect, she took me from ARGGGGHHHH to ahhhhhh in 60 minutes. I thought I needed a neck, back and shoulder massage to relieve tension, turned out I actually needed a swedish full body massage to chill me out after a difficult morning. Thanks Kate x!

I can't recommend Kate highly enough, I have had several different sessions with Kate, reiki, coaching, massage and they've all being absolutely amazing. Today I had a oracke coaching session and Kate was really motivating, engaging and really held a really safe space during coaching. She kept conversation focused and we got through a lot in a very short space of time. I very highly recommend seeing her to move forward in life!
