Callum is an extremely knowledgable, friendly, professional and motivating trainer. He is quick to adapt training sessions when needed and really focuses on form. Each session is different but always fun. I would highly recommend Callum to anyone.

Fabulous PT! Callum is great at listening to my feedback during the sessions and making modifications where necessary. Great at explaining form and what the aims of each movement are. Sessions are fun, varied and educational.

Not being a gym person, but wanting to get back to full strength following an injury, Callum has made me feel at home and comfortable, not only to be in a gym but to enjoy it as well. Each session has been perfectly tailored to myself and my sport, as well as my own personal goals. He’s friendly, professional, motivating and so knowledgable and makes being there fun and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Callum forward to anybody.

I have been working with Callum now for 4 months, I had a very specific goal and Callum designed my program making it achievable. He is very personable, makes you feel relaxed but taps into your pschye to find out what drives you. I would highly recommend Callum to anyone.

Not having been to a gym for some time I found Callum a great help and support getting back into regular training, the programs he has had me following have been well constructed and practical. I have found Callum to be professional, knowledgeable, so encouraging continued attendance in his sessions. Consequently I have reduced back pain greater stamina and feel in general better health. I can't recommend him enough. 5* trainer.
