I’ve been going to Amy’s yoga class for over a year now to help me with back pain and I just love it! I particularly enjoy abs as they are fun and also good for strengthening my core. I feel my back pain is much better since starting Forrest yoga. Amy is very much a people person and has a great sense of humour! I enjoy her cues throughout class which are fun but also challenging! I would highly recommend Amy’s class to anyone thinking of taking up yoga.

Have been attending Amy's yoga classes for almost 2 years now, just recently started attending twice a week. Classes are excellent, super inclusive and very supportive. Questions and comments are actively encouraged which makes it easy to ask if you feel you need a wee bit of help. The atmosphere is very much work at your own level but with support and such encouragement from Amy that the poses you may feel are out of your comfort zone are actually achievable and you end up walking out of cla...
