My son has music lessons with C Sharp through the school. He started late and I figured that I'd lost out on a couple of lessons because, well, he's a kid and he does this sort of thing a lot.
But I got a refund (unprompted) from C Sharp and a lovely email to boot.
(He also seems to be enjoying the lessons so much that I havent had to remind him to go... so they must be doing something right).
