  • Jodie is brilliant; she makes you believe in yourself and that you're stronger and more capable than you realise. She's really encouraging and definitely knows her stuff. She also provides a really comfortable training space.

  • Jodie is an amazing PT, she really pushes you to the limit; you don't realise how far you can push yourself until you've had a personal training session with her. its not just her pushing you to the limit that makes the sessions so worthwhile and memorable. Its also her personality, she brings an amazing energy to the sessions. Even when my workouts on my own feel lacklustre, i know when i have a PT session booked in, its going to be a quality session.

  • I've just completed a 12 week transformation programme with Jodie. My eating habits have improved as have my fitness levels and strength. I'm challenging my body completely out of my comfort zone, knowing that it's fuelled correctly. I feel so much happier in myself and that's thanks to Jodie's guidance and encouragement, as well as being accountable
