Bursted Hill Stables

I booked a 1 hour private hack for me and my partner for her birthday. I was a complete beginner and my partner had experience but from many years ago. Freya was our guide/instructor and we both had a fab time. Freya was wonderful, she so very friendly, informative and amazingly patient as I struggled to trot after many attempts! I think my bones are still rattling!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a unique and adventurous experience! I like that this is a family run business too.

Omg how do I start with how amazing bursted manor really is!!! The horses are perfect never spook, staff are perfect even the younger ones!! Highly recommend bringing little or teenage kids!!

I went for a horse riding lesson there in 2015. The horse refused to listen to my comands and one of the girls attending the stables mentioned that the horse has a bad temperament. Instead of offering a solution, the instructor took the liberty to shout at me. She was rude and had a patronising attitude.
