I enjoy attending the wing chun classes here. A lot of effort has been put into this fitness studio. Book yourself onto the various classes they have here. They also have Women only classes on Mondays and Wednesdays with female instructors. Try a 121 personal training session with Immy to get into shape and burn off the unwanted calories.

Imy is not only a personal fitness trainer, he is an excellent listener and motivator. I have never felt better since joining Burn X. The gym has a great positive atmosphere, which makes you want to visit again and again.. There is no give up attitude with Imy. He likes to see results so he will make you work. Well done Imy for not giving up with your venture

Firstly, I would like to say well done to Imy! This place is clean, comfortable place to workout and most importantly very supportive. I've personally trained with Imy and within 3 weeks I saw results and I cant thank him enough for that. I was a little shy at first as I'm not very knowledgeable on some machines, workouts etc. But here, I felt at ease knowing there was always help around which I really apprectiate. Support goes such a long way when you're new to a gym so definitely keep it up...

This is a fantastic place that I've just joined, the classes are mutch better than ones I have done in other gym's PT very supportive and friendly who always make sure you are correctly training and have a wide background of knowledge. It's consistently cleaned and wiped down and with a variety of equipment to use.

Imy is fantastic at what he does. I've trained with personal trainers for around 10 years but have never seen the progression or changes that I have seen since training with Imy. I have a much more balanced approach to fitness now and definitely see the rewards of my hard work. Imy keeps me motivated, pushing me in every session but also keeping them fun, varied and focused on individual goals. Keep an eye out for his counting though, Imys ten and my ten are never the same!
