Excellent service! Very knowledgeable and professional, also was able to help me very close to Christmas and so I was able to get a repair for a loved one which they will appreciate.

Unfortunately not great. Jan had the guitar for a month and it came back in worse order than it was before. The strings choked out past the 12th fret, the pots were wired the wrong way round and the electrics weren't working properly. I had to take it to someone else and pay again for the those faults to be sorted out, they said it was a total mess. I was later told that for £150 i should have been greatful for the good deal i was given on the repair work from jan and that I wouldn't be gett...

Great set-up on a new bass guitar, vastly improved action, smoothed the fretboard and improved playability all round. Highly recommended :)
